Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, local courier operations, and seasonal demand.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Information

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you order multiple items, your order may arrive in separate shipments depending on stock availability or fulfillment location.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Late or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us by email.

A parcel may be considered lost only after 14 business days have passed from the date of dispatch. Once the parcel has been confirmed as lost by the courier, we will review your case for a replacement or refund in accordance with our store policies.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with:

  • household members,
  • neighbors,
  • your building reception or mailroom, or
  • your workplace reception desk.

If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact the courier to request proof of delivery and then contact us for further assistance.

Order Changes and Cancellations

A cancellation is possible only as long as the order has not yet been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the applicable return policy applies.
